How do I receive my data?

Data is provided by secure download and/or a copy of the data can be delivered to your preferred address on CD. Please choose your preferred delivery method(s) on the order page. Data is provided in Microsoft Excel (XLS) format and can be integrated with any contact management system. (Please inform us on checkout if you require any additional formats)

When do I receive my data?

Data is provided by secure download via email within one hour of payment confirmation received. The hard copy to follow usually takes up to three working days to arrive.

How is the data collected/sourced?

Data is collected from multiple sources; these include trade shows, business magazines, online registration forms, business directories, companies’ house and our own in-house telephone research.

Is there a minimum order size?

No – however for bespoke packages the minimum order value is £ 300.00

Are email addresses guaranteed?

Yes. Email data is susceptible to above average decay rates and bounces not solely due to the quality of the actual data. We offer a refund (per record) in excess of 30% of the original list.

Are the email addresses generic or non-generic?

The majority (95%+) of email addresses we provide are non-generic.

How many times can I use the list?

Data is provided on a 12 month multiple usage basis.
